Job Description:
* Responsible for contact with new client, proposal preparation and coordinate with client.
* To review of ITB/inquiry document both commercial and technical and convey that essential information.
* Manage proposal team/manpower after getting new Tender/inquiry in order to submit the tender in time.
* Review tender document before submission and ensure that the tender price will be competitive under correct scope of work & supply and all requirement of the ITB or Inquiry shall have been fulfilled.
* Provide bidding & proposal.
* Keep the relationship with the existing and potential client.
* Meeting client if the needs arise.
* Facilitate client and finance audits.
* Recheck the document control system to ensure that it is complied with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS18001
* Responsible and Act according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS18001
* Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO14001
Qualification:
* Bachelor or Master degree
* Good command and fluent in English
* Possesses good communication skills
* Good Coordination circumspectness.
* Decision making or problem solving.
* Self-confidence and self-motivation.
* Initiative mind.
