Job descriptions:
- Coordinate with customer/client for collecting ITB or Inquiry document
- Review ITB or Inquiry document technically & commercially
- Coordinate with customer/client for additional information required from customer/client and coordinate with related disciplines for any changes or additional information issued by customer/client.
- Manage to ensure that all information from ITB or Inquiry are properly transferred to related disciplines.
- Establish or manage to have Proposal Schedule to meet the time frame in ITB.
- Manage to ensure that the Tender will be delivered to customer on time.
- Review Tender document technically & commercially prior to submission.
- Provide Bidding & Proposal
- Manage to have Tender Status updated and follow up result of tender with analytical result and issue for top management review.
- Keep the relationship with the existing and potential client
- Establish standard data and proposal format to use among tender team
- Ensure that standard data / photo bank for presentation and PQ reference on each category are established
- Make sure that each project started by proper information hand over in kick off meeting among BDD and related supporting department
- Establish, make known to all subordinates and Keep KPI of Department
- Consolidate annual appraisal and make assessment of sub-ordinate that report to him
- Meeting client if the needs arises
- Facilitate client and finance audits
- Continuous improvement initiative
- Give proper instruction & clear assignment to subordinate
- Involve on the resources planning both company level and individual project level
- Assign the suitable person to the task and monitor closely
- Appraisal the subordinate's performance
- Recheck the document control system to ensure that it is complied with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS18001
- Responsible and Act according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS 18001
- Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO 14001
Qualification:
- Good command and fluent in English
- Possesses good communication skills
- Good Coordination Circumspectness
- Decision Making or Problem solving
- Self Confidence and Self Motivation
- Initiative mind
