Our client is E-Commerce technology Platform (Application) form regional Singapore. We are looking for an experienced business development candidate to strengthen our team in Thailand. This quota-carrying role will focus on developing and expanding our business in Thailand.

Looking for "Business Development Manager (New setup business)"

with candidate as qualification below;

Salary package 100K - 180K (Open depend on experience)

Location: The Parq (Rama4)

Working day: Monday - Friday

Key points:

  • Background in key account with E-Commerce / Platform
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building (Passionate about customer success)
  • Experience in B2B enterprise or mid-size sales
  • Experience within technology companies, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and/or transportation highly-desired

Job Description:

  • Drive growth company business in Thailand
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
  • Achieve new sales targets and manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' technological products and services and be able to advise clients about them
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with partners and clients
  • Create pitches, presentations, proposals and other customer-facing documentation.
  • Adhere to operating rhythm; keep pipeline updated in company CRM (Pipedrive) and provide reporting as needed
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate and keep abreast of trends in the mobility industry
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding new business targets, born to sell
  • Proven prospector - able to quickly build and maintain pipeline
  • Independent self starter - able to function in a young company and self-driven to adapt to the changes of a start-up environment
  • Solution oriented - able to think creatively on your feet to match company's technology to client's most pressing needs
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills; confidence to speak with clients, operators and users at all levels of the organization, including senior level contacts
  • Team player - able to pick up the slack to cover others as needed
  • Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up new tools quickly
  • B2B enterprise or mid-size sales / bd experience and working with remote HQ team strongly preferred
  • Cool-headed and patient, able to effectively handle objections; strong contract negotiator
  • Passionate about customer success

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of IT-related sales, BD or consulting experience
  • Professional english proficiency preferred
  • Experience within technology companies, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and/or transportation highly-desired
