Job Descriptions:
- Marketing & Financial Research
- Conduct market research and analysis/feasibility studies in order to identify market requirements for current and future projects.
- Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing financial returns and performance for management investment deals.
- Undertake the business analysis, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with company's business needs.
- Prepare financial plans with appraisal study and cash flow calculations.
- Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to managing director.
- Conduct in-depth business development and individual target strategic and financial analysis
- Write business proposals.
- Develop and execute marketing/business plans.
- Develop and recommend strategies and others if applicable.
- Finding Partner & Finalize Agreement
- Seek new business opportunities and create a proper agreement for our business.
- Create new business development ideas with partners.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop growth strategies and plans.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5-year work experience in Food & Beverage (including JV agreement preparation and implementation).
- B.A. in Finance or related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have experience in development business focusing, market analysis, capital investment analysis for new property development/new project
- Leadership with people skills and problem-solving skills.
- Positive mindset, and able to drive the team to achieve the company's goals.
- Strong networking and relationship building.
- Proficient in English
- Languages skills > English: Business Level
