Responsibilities:
- Business Structure Commercial: Value knowledge for improving the lead business incremental revenue streaming by Quarter and Yearly budgeting plan.
- Build Up Team: Set up the team to be the front liner of the company, who to pay attend to set up the new business service and strongest attitude for the market and competitive thinking.
- Interviewed and considered the right persons to the team. Coaching and training the team with super value competency.
- People Management: Manage and lead the team to the goal.
- Define key performance indicators and support the team to top success.
- Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new Business opportunity.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA Management (Create contract proposal in proper solutions for business)
- To drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of the department and to achieve revenue Target.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all BD subordinates to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of BD. team sales and activity performance.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses.
Qualification:
- BA or Master in MBA Sales and Marketing, Food&Beverage or Related business filed.
- At Least 5 years in Sales and Marketing in the Logistics, Warehouses, Distribution, and E-Commerce business. (Integrated Food&Beverage Contract).
- Technical & Behavioral Competencies.
- Highly responsible and able to take ownership of tasks assigned.
- Time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to be an effective team player.
- Fluency in written and oral communication (English and Thai)
