Job Description
- Identify and approach potential investors, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional clients to promote our property investment projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their investment goals and aligning our offerings with their requirements.
- Provide personalized consultation, addressing client inquiries, and offering tailored investment solutions.
- Lead negotiations with investors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review investment proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualification
- Age 30-40 Year old.
- Good command in English.
- Passionate in investment / real estate.
- Able to do a flexible work hour.
