Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Asian region, focusing on expanding existing activities and introducing new products.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation and diversification.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and clients to develop tailored commercial proposals.
- Drive the transition towards producing finished products, leveraging successful practices.
- Identify and exploit commercial opportunities in areas such as post-operative lingerie, eco-responsible absorbent lingerie, inclusive lingerie for sports, and sports range products.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage customer portfolios, identifying needs, providing advice, and evaluating project costs.
- Implement the company's development strategy, defining commercial strategies and evaluating project feasibility and profitability.
- Coordinate projects with various departments, ensuring alignment on deadlines, specifications, and quality.

- Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the Asian market preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Europe for project monitoring.
