Position: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving international growth strategies, managing cross-border partnerships, and developing new market opportunities within the entertainment, concert, event, and exhibition industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong international business acumen and a proven ability to manage high-level client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
International Business Strategy
Develop and implement strategic plans for international expansion.
Analyze global market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
Partnership & Client Development
Build and manage relationships with key international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify and negotiate new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
Plan and execute international marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility in key markets.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to tailor campaigns for global audiences.
Project Management & Operations
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the operational delivery of international projects and initiatives.
Risk & Compliance Management
Conduct risk assessments for international ventures and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Monitor legal, financial, and cultural considerations impacting global operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in entertainment, events, concerts, or exhibitions.
Proven track record in international client management and partnership development.
Strong understanding of global market dynamics and business practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English; additional languages are a plus.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
