Quality Manager - New Plant in Rayong

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall product and process quality of RELIEF frame quality function.

• Leading central quality function of Lab, SQM, APQP, Quality system…related activities.

• Driving to meet/achieve all quality KPI targets.

• Responsible for continuous quality improvement.

• Maintaining and improving the frames ISO9001 quality system.

• Responsible for the frame product and process quality training.

• Other tasks assigned by management.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above with majored in engineering/technical, experience in frame engineering, production or quality preferred.

• At least 8 years working experiences in Quality and 3 years as a Quality Manager.

• English communication skills required.

• Familiar with office software.

• Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Familiar with advanced quality tools (APQP/FMEA/SPC/8D/Control Plan), six sigma knowledge or project management experience preferred.

• Solid experience in Quality Lab management.

• Familiar with new product introduction.

• Process & supplier quality management and continuous improvement experiences in injection or metal production industry.

• Good problems analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Rich experience in ISO9001 system.

• Experiences in frames or related product compliance regulations preferred.
