Requirements and Skills
1. Proven experience as a head of an operating office or a related role
2. Understanding of business operations such as HR, finance, marketing, etc.
3. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and business development
4. Experience in management will be an advantage
5. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational indicators
6. Working knowledge of technology business start-up business or agency business
7. Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
8. Excellent speaking and interpersonal skills
9. Aptitude for decision making and problem solving
10. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Technology or related field, MSc/MBA positive
