Objectives:
This role of the full-fill HR function also facilitates various administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR-related inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and culture transformation.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Improve performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support employee well-being, ensure competitiveness and drive performance.
  • Lead organizational development efforts, including succession planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement training programs to support employee skill development and career growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up to date about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible for overall HR related queries for Company Group, both domestic and overseas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Very good command of English and computer proficient.
