COO/Plant Director - Wire Manufacturing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Director for our wire manufacturing facility. The primary focus of this role will be on process improvement to streamline productivity, enhance efficiency, and elevate our manufacturing operations to a high-class standard. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's expansion and growth in sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing plant.
- Lead the implementation of strategies to enhance manufacturing operations to meet high-class standards.
- Take responsibility for overseeing and managing a team of 400 employees within the plant.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to support the company's expansion plans and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in wire manufacturing.
- Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a large team and drive organizational change.
