Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the wellness service, including spa facilities, fitness centers, and other wellness amenities.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service for VIP guests, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with wellness staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to guests.
  • Implement and monitor wellness programs and activities to enhance guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
  • Implement and enforce quality standards.
  • Liaise with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality services and products.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on VIP services and wellness.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.
  • Understanding of health and wellness trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
