• Engage with key customers; assess customer adoption stage and their employee learning needs, map to available learning solutions, and thus create learning proposals which results in faster and effective adoption by customer, and better ROI on software investment.
• Own and drive specific account plans for assigned customers
• Build and manage business pipeline towards achievement of individual sales targets
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Experience in selling software solutions and/or IT training solutions
• Understanding of Cloud technologies
• Experience in handling major accounts
• Track record of achieving sales targets including proven experience to build and manage pipeline, ability to accelerate the sales process towards in-time deal closure.
• Previous consultative selling experience is a plus
• Previous experience in handling or collaborating in configuring / closing large training deals will be a plus
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
