Position: Commercial Head/Assist Managing Director

Key Responsibilities



Commercial & Sales Leadership

  • Lead and manage all commercial functions across e-commerce, retail, B2B, and consignment channels.

  • Drive sales performance, customer acquisition, and profitability across multiple touchpoints.

  • Develop annual sales plans and monitor KPIs to ensure revenue and margin targets are met.



E-Commerce & Digital Channels

  • Oversee online sales strategy including marketplace performance, brand.com, paid media, SEO, and live commerce.

  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaign effectiveness and brand consistency.



Retail Management

  • Manage 12 physical branches nationwide, optimizing store operations, staff performance, and customer experience.



B2B Sales

  • Expand corporate partnerships and B2B channels by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.



New Product Development (NPD)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation based on market trends and business needs.

  • Oversee go-to-market strategy for new product launches.



Operations & Fulfillment

  • Supervise warehouse operations and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and inventory accuracy.



Consignment & Modern Trade

  • Manage product placement and performance within department stores and key retail partners.



Corporate & Administrative Oversight

  • Supervise supporting functions including:

    • Accounting & Finance: Monitor monthly closing, financial reports, and budget management.

    • HR: Drive talent strategy, performance management, and organization development.

    • IT: Ensure systems support business goals and drive digital transformation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

  • 8-15 years of experience in commercial leadership or general management roles.

  • Strong track record in sales management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple business areas simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • Experience working in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer products is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in Thai with good command of English (business level).
