Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal investigations into suspected fraud, accounting irregularities, embezzlement, bribery, harassment, and other potential violations of company policies.
Analyze financial data, transaction records, emails, and other documents to identify patterns or indicators of fraudulent activity.
Interview employees, management, and third parties in a professional and non-biased manner.
Document investigation findings thoroughly and prepare clear, objective, and concise reports for regional and senior leadership.
Ensure all investigations follow internal protocols and are conducted in a timely, confidential, and ethical manner.
Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements to internal controls to prevent future issues.
Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams, HR, legal, and finance departments as needed.
Maintain awareness of local laws and regulatory requirements related to fraud, corruption, and workplace conduct.
Support the development and delivery of fraud awareness and compliance training as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) is a strong advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fraud investigations, internal audit, forensic accounting, or compliance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business transactions.
Experience handling workplace misconduct or harassment investigations is a plus.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to remain objective under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a respectful and discreet manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously across regions.
