Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal investigations into suspected fraud, accounting irregularities, embezzlement, bribery, harassment, and other potential violations of company policies.

  • Analyze financial data, transaction records, emails, and other documents to identify patterns or indicators of fraudulent activity.

  • Interview employees, management, and third parties in a professional and non-biased manner.

  • Document investigation findings thoroughly and prepare clear, objective, and concise reports for regional and senior leadership.

  • Ensure all investigations follow internal protocols and are conducted in a timely, confidential, and ethical manner.

  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements to internal controls to prevent future issues.

  • Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams, HR, legal, and finance departments as needed.

  • Maintain awareness of local laws and regulatory requirements related to fraud, corruption, and workplace conduct.

  • Support the development and delivery of fraud awareness and compliance training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) is a strong advantage.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fraud investigations, internal audit, forensic accounting, or compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business transactions.

  • Experience handling workplace misconduct or harassment investigations is a plus.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.

  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to remain objective under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a respectful and discreet manner.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously across regions.
