Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Fluent in the Thai language (written and spoken)
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service-related field is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible with scheduled shifts and overtime when needed.
