Responsibilities:
Conduct financial due diligence to identify and address any accounting issues or risks that may impact the IPO process.
Collaborate with shareholders and executive management to conduct comprehensive business and financial analyses, contributing to critical decision-making processes.
Assist in organizing financial data, macroeconomic reports, and analyst reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisor, legal advisor, internal auditor, regulators, underwriters and other related parties in the IPO process.
Assist in organizing and coordinating investor events, meetings roadshows, and conferences (if any). This includes managing invitations, materials, and ensuring smooth execution of these events.
Work closely with other internal departments such as purchasing, finance and accounting, legal, marketing, and operations to support IPO work and filling submission.
Assist in preparing, analyzing and distributing presentations.
Assist in preparing and filing documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 5 years experience in finance and accounting, external auditor, investment banking, or corporate finance, with exposure to IPO transactions is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
