  • Managing the IT team over 20 members for both permanent and outsourced teams including infrastructure, software development, SAP/ERP, POS, CRM, eCommerce.

  • Lead all aspects of the Transformation Center of Excellence activities and implement local transformation strategy and goal.

  • Lead for business plan, budget plan, project management and selection of business partners.

  • Lead to work with leadership team and business partners to drive change methodology.

  • Direct on functional and technical aspects of e-commerce, CRM, POS, WMS and SAP solutions for SAP ERP (FI,CO,MM,SD,PP,PM and PO/PI) including SAP upgrade and migration from SAP ECC 6.0 HANA to S/4HANA Retail.

  • Responsible for delivery digital projects as determined in the pain/roadmap and support the delivery of digital solutions to clients.

  • Driving IT data digitalization initiatives, this includes creating awareness within the business on the long term benefits of technology investment to archiving Digital

  • Transformation.

  • Drive architectural changes across various systems through design, review, execution, and deployment to ensure success.

  • Manage IT Service delivery to the Business according to defined business needs and agreed service level.

  • Ensure IT resources in order to meet product development and user requirements and ensures the implementation of agile processes.

  • Perform reliable integration and implementation system including merchants, partners, and most customers.

  • Provide leadership to Project Managers/teams in managing projects

  • Identify and implement project governance, key metrics and monitors to ensure delivery success projects/initiatives and the deliverables are achieved.

  • Build, motivate, and provide leadership including Influence and lead change across the organization.

  • Identify talents and provide development plans.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher for related discipline.

  • At least 15 years experiences with 5 years at senior management level with strong leadership experience through both strategic, operation excellence, digital transformation, and project aspects

  • Experienced on the functional and technical aspects of Enterprise Application. (SAP, POS, eCommerce, CRM platform)

  • Proven experience to lead for technology projects and implementation.

  • Proven experience with capability in leading large-scale projects including planning, allocating resources, decision making, and delivering expected results.

  • Proven experience in Agile process, change management methodology.

  • Strong English communication skills.
