Responsibilities:
· To achieve annual revenue and margin performance targets
· Giving support to distributors and end users of materials, by providing sales support materials, samples, technical information and installation information.
· Getting materials specified on commercial construction projects by design engineers or product specifiers
· Expanding the company’s relationship with existing customers and developing business opportunities with new customers
· Conducting regular reviews of key account performance, to investigate areas for service improvement and opportunities for improvement and growth
· Identifying opportunities for new products, markets and product improvements to support innovation and business growth
· Gathering information on competitor activities and strategies to identify opportunities to take their market share, and to better defend market share
· Monitoring of changes in laws, construction trends, government standards or actions of industry associations that may affect the use of materials
· Build a solid work collaboration among the team comprising 2-4 sales engineers to have strong teamwork, effective and efficient work performance towards the common goal
Duties:
· Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years at senior level sales and technical management.
· Experience in developing and presenting sales plans
· Strong people management and interpersonal relationship skills
· Good written and spoken English
· Available for travel within country and occasional international travel
