About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Leasing Manager to join our client's company. This role focuses on managing and developing relationships with large corporate clients, driving new business opportunities, and performing in-depth credit and financial analysis to support credit applications and risk management.
As part of a dynamic and performance-driven team, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding the corporate customer base, and ensuring strong credit portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with large corporate clients to identify new leasing opportunities and drive business growth.
Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets in the corporate leasing segment.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of prospective and existing clients, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow to assess creditworthiness.
Analyze client business models, strengths and weaknesses, corporate policies, and strategic direction.
Prepare and present clear, well-structured credit proposals and marketing comments to internal stakeholders and credit committees.
Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth deal execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor and manage payment behaviors of clients in your portfolio, and proactively address any arising issues to mitigate credit risk.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in the corporate leasing and financial services sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate sales and/or credit analysis, preferably within leasing companies or banks.
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit risk evaluation, and corporate lending principles.
Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
