Custom Specialist (Customs Brokerage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lodge CW1 Brokerage declarations with Australian Customs.
• Verify and validate data accuracy in CW1 systems (suppliers, incoterms, ports, etc.).
• Review commercial invoices and ensure correct product line entries.
• Upload and manage customs documentation in CW1 eDoc modules.
• Collaborate with licensed brokers to assign accurate tariff codes.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand customs procedures and tariff codes.
• Familiarity with local customs systems and CW1 (preferred).
• Eligible for a Customs Broker License.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and time management skills.
