Customer Care Representative
(Chonburi)
Job Description:
- Assists customers in placing equipment orders by providing information including features, pricing, availability, shipping schedules, and special promotions
- Assists customers in placing parts orders by providing general parts information including pricing and availability
- Receives and enters customer orders via email, telephone, online, and fax assuring timely order processing
- Follows the progress of orders and applicable revisions to ensure that shipment coincides with the product ordered and shipping dates
- Answer and manage customer questions
- Prepare and review export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, NAFTA certificates, SLI's, banking documents, sight drafts, L/C's, etc.
- Prepares quotations
- Provides inside sales support
- Contributes to best practices and process improvement
- Performs other related, incidental, and similar duties as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in telephone and email-based customer support
- SAP and Zendesk experiences are preferred
- High degree of computer skills including data entry
- Good command of English
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to be highly organized with an attention to detail
