Customer Care Representative


Job Description:

  • Assists customers in placing equipment orders by providing information including features, pricing, availability, shipping schedules, and special promotions
  • Assists customers in placing parts orders by providing general parts information including pricing and availability
  • Receives and enters customer orders via email, telephone, online, and fax assuring timely order processing
  • Follows the progress of orders and applicable revisions to ensure that shipment coincides with the product ordered and shipping dates
  • Answer and manage customer questions
  • Prepare and review export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, NAFTA certificates, SLI's, banking documents, sight drafts, L/C's, etc.
  • Prepares quotations
  • Provides inside sales support
  • Contributes to best practices and process improvement
  • Performs other related, incidental, and similar duties as required


  • Experience in telephone and email-based customer support
  • SAP and Zendesk experiences are preferred
  • High degree of computer skills including data entry
  • Good command of English
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to be highly organized with an attention to detail
