Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and providing product and service information in a professional manner

  • Responding any inquiries through email and social media

  • Handling and resolving any issues during calls and through emails.

  • Company will provide training related to work assignment

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field

  • Ability to speak professionally on the phones

  • Positive attitudes with service mind and good communication skill

  • Ability to work shift hours (morning and afternoon)

  • - Good command of Nordic or Swedish or Finnish Language and English in both written and speaking

Location: Jamjuree Building (work from home: 3 months)

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Salary range: 50k to 60K with other benefits
