Customer Service & Production Planning

Responsibilities:

• Responsible as the main contact point for customer communications - from purchase orders and shipment updates to inquiries and complaints.
• Manage sales orders and job entries in the system.
• Share customer forecasts and updates with internal departments to align supply and demand.
• Confirm orders and provide clear delivery timelines.
• Create purchase orders and ensure deliveries meet our commitment to on-time and in-full performance.
• Work closely with planning and procurement to guarantee product availability.
• Keep customers informed about any potential product shortages and support resolution efforts.
• Handle product return requests and process corresponding credit or debit notes.
• Monitor customer portals daily, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales order information.
• Verify purchase order prices against internal records.
• Enter sales data into the ERP system and follow through on fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Support with additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineer or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant customer service or key account role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to efficiently address and resolve issues in a dynamic work environment.
• Good to Communicate in English
