Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree of Business Administration or related.
  • Although this area of work is open to all graduates, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in accountancy and finance, business and management, and the law would be preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and Commercial awareness.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels and Influencing skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management and an ability to take initiative.
  • Experience in Customer Service minimum 5 years with Skill Sets of.
  • Excellence Order management => Handle Order Request Delivery date & Order Confirmation date
  • Customer Focus & Service mind => Represent Customer perspective
  • Communication Skill => Customer Negotiation, Logical and Polite
  • Proactive to gain new orders => Proactive to follow up orders (be Eloquent)
  • Know Customer from Orders & Sales Analysis => Possible to be Customer's consultant/ Partner
  • English - Good for Listening & Speaking (Response Domestic & Export Customers)
  • Good mindset & can-do attitude
  • Preferable - Logistic & Freight Transportation Management, Loading & Transportation Optimization Setting, Route Consolidation, Truck & Container handling.
