Customer Service (Supply Chain) - 1 year contract with renewable

(Rayong)

Job Description:

  • The role of the Customer Service within a plant is to fulfil the customer requirements by levelling the activities of the production.
  • Manage oversea customer's demand; to understand monthly demand, review monthly forecast fluctuation in next 6 months and feedback to customer.
  • Review and confirm monthly demand with Production planning for demand vs capacity planning for MRP management
  • Respond to customer demand survey, working with material planner team for supplier volume survey and submit survey to customer on time
  • Weekly meeting with customer to review critical component, capacity issue etc.
  • Customer delivery issue and working with team for action plan submission to customer
  • To do the quotation of selling parts(components) to company group and also another customer(CM)
  • Coordinating and supporting for logistic request of parts, product information
  • Cooperating with production planner and warehouse team for parts, product to meet customers' requirement
  • Supporting delivery plan to related sections for parts, product preparation
  • Supporting and solving to correct financial documents such as invoice, delivery note, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Engineering.
  • Experience: Experience at least 2 years in the operation, especially in Production, Supply Chain, Customerdemand management in an industrial, environment especially in Automotive and Electronics industrial.
  • Experience in SAP is required

  • Good excel, power BI and Macro is benefit.
