Responsibilities:
• Managing the customer services and operation (field services teams/new set up)
• Monitoring all activities to ensure that they will meet standard level agreement with client and company guideline.
• Coordinating and motivating the parties concerned for smooth and effective execution of the project.
• Manage daily operation with supervisor and staff team member.
• Monitors spare part, facilities, supply chain, service and training.
• Create and analysis monthly report for management.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience as managerial level in technical product/services management.
• Good communication, strategic influencing presentation, strategic thinking, and analytical skill
• Strong analytical skills
• Good command in English
