Our client is Looking for "Sales supoort" with International Trading company candidate as qualification below;

working Mon-Fri : Flixible house 8 hours working
Salary 25K - 33K
Exp. more than 2-5 years in sales supoort for trading company (Import)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the process of order from oversea customers with accuracy and timeless
Monitor and control aging stocks, slow-moving and non-moving items, and plan for proactive actions
Daily communicate by email with customer and overseas co-worker
Delivery Management by SAP
Follow up Shipping documents with oversea factory
Handle customer complaints & claim
Manage and analyze supply chain data
Coordinate with both internal & external departments to deliver products
Suggest/Provide solutions internally when trouble occurs in delivery.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Minimum of 2 Year Experience in Sales support
Strong command of English, both written and spoken is a must
Good understanding of global trading
Well known of business term (PO, PL, SO, DO, BL, LC, CIF, CFR and FOB)
Having experience in SAP or any demand/supply planning tool is a plus
Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability
Effective time management skills
Good analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills are required.
