Responsibilities:

• To key in order (to system)

• To monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance)

• To negotiate with factory, to improve delivery delay

• To contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment

• To confirm delivery to customer (Excel report/Email)

• Cancellation order according to customer request

• Price register and control

• New sales price register into system

• Sales price update

• Price file request

• Credit/Debit Note issue in case wrong price update/sales to customer

• Stock management

• To upload forecast and monitor forecast delivery situation

• To analyses forecast and customer demand trend

• Return or transfer cargo to clear dead stock

• To issue scrap proposal form\

• Purchase revise / return, D/N & C/N issue

• PSAN (transferring stock)

• To analyses slow moving stock and report to superior

• Physical inventory checking at warehouse

• Problem solving

• To settle every problem / request under own account

• To visit customer for negotiating or solving any issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any filed

• Experience 2 years above in any filed

• Good Command of English , TOEIC score 600 up

• Enjoying to operate system and handle documentation daily

• Can work under pressure and be patient

• Have service mind and understand customer's nature

• Have team work concept

• Computer ability, Excel skills required (Vlook up/ If / Sorting) is preferable
