Customs and BOI Specialist
(Rayong)
Job Description:
Conduct of certificate of origin and regular review to mitigate the potential risk to Business.
Understand Thai local regulatory well including Free Zone, BOI, FTA, customs regulatory and other related government department
Customs clearance of Domestics sales.
Preparing Temporary out of Free Zone application
Preparing scrap proposal
Free Zone stock management
Conduct half year Free Zone reports and import and export transaction audit.
Communicate and deal with external government Departments e.g. Customs, Department of Foreign Trade etc.
Escalate and remediate compliance risks as appropriate
Monitoring customs broker to provide declaration monthly report
Work closely and communicate with the Thai Government about working in Free Zone and Custom Clearance process
Solving any problems related to customs processes and internal related departments
Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years' experience in Free Zone, Customs Clearance, Import-Export
Customs Specialist license certified and other concerned training class certification
Fluent in English
Ability in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and Word
Problem solving skill / Leadership skill
