Responsibilities;


  • Local Content and RVC Application: Oversee the application and compliance of local content and Regional Value Content (RVC) requirements.

  • Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance for import-export, domestic, and outsourced activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • LVA Process: Conduct Last Vehicle Availability (LVA) process to facilitate efficient logistics operations.

  • Free Zone Stock and Scrap Management: Supervise stock and scrap management within Free Zone areas, optimizing inventory control and disposal processes.

  • HS Code Classification and Tariff Rulings: Classify HS codes and handle e-Advance Tariff rulings to ensure accurate duty assessment and compliance.

  • Post Review and Amendment: Conduct post-clearance reviews, handle declaration amendments, and manage retroactive processes such as KSK.122.

  • Semi-Free Zone Reports and API Audits: Manage reporting requirements for semi-Free Zone activities and coordinate API audits.

  • KPI Management: Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customs brokers to monitor and improve performance.

  • Government Relations: Communicate and collaborate with external government departments such as Customs, Department of Foreign Trade, and MIT.

  • Compliance Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and remediate compliance risks as appropriate, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Problem Solving: Address any problems related to customs processes and internal departments, implementing effective solutions and process improvements.

  • Local Regulatory Understanding: Maintain a strong understanding of Thai local regulations, including Free Zone, BOI, FTA, and other related government departments.

  • Productivity and Cost Control: Implement measures to control productivity and costs, including monitoring, evaluation, and improvement actions to ensure customs clearance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualification;

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Certificate of customs broker, customs specialist preferred.
  • Experience 5-7 years in Free Zone, Import-Export operations, Tax privilege.
  • Strong experience in local content operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in customs and international trade regulations.
  • Supervise import-export and customs clearance admin about customs procedure as Customs Act. And company compliance rule.
  • Good command of written & spoken English and computer literacy
