Responsibility:
Establish inspection criteria, standard for quality control / quality assurance
Control and manage product quality assurance: Incoming, in-process and final inspection
Lead for control and analysis of NC product, corrective action and report to management
Report all problem and result of all operation to management
Determine QA-QC quality target (Internal, Customer)
Control all implementation to achieve the quality target (KPIs)
Planning for improve skill and control of all subordinate to achieve the target
Control quality management system in place such as ISO9001, AS9100
Manage of Calibration system for Measuring Equipment
Manage of standard working time for inspection
Leader ship to follow and maintain of Quality Management System
Support QMR for QMS activities - Internal Audit, Management Review and Surveillance audit by CB
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, industrial, management or related fields
At least 10 years of experience for QA, QC and at the management level
Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949
Problem solving management skill
QMR Experience, Knowledge customer specific requirement concept
