Responsibilities:
1.BOI, Customs and Logistics role (1 position)

  • Responsible for collecting and organizing BOI policies, interpreting various preferential policies and regulations in conjunction with the company's business, formulating the company's import and export and BOI related management regulations and processes, and supervising the implementation.

  • Responsible for BOI certificate application, renewal and opening review, declaration of annual BOI reports and etc. to ensure that all tasks are successfully completed within the specified time.

  • Sort out the list of imported materials, match the customs codes and applicable tariff agreements or preferential policies. Establish a classified and graded material management manual. Standardize and improve the efficiency of the material import process. Reduce import costs, and ensure the legal compliance of customs affairs.

  • Responsible for the BOI tax exemption application for the import of production equipment to ensure smooth and timely import release and customs clearance of equipment.

  • BOI material write-off management, collaborate with the planning and process departments to declare and write off BOM of each finished product model in advance.

  • BOI inventory and equipment asset management, regular inventory and asset inventory to ensure consistency between physical objects and BOI accounts.

  • Maintain good communication with customs, BOI and other government departments, and establish and maintain good government-enterprise relationships.

  • Responsible for the establishment of customs and BOI teams and talent training, SOP manual preparation, knowledge accumulation, etc.


2.Warehouse role (1 position)

  • Monitoring and control warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. Such as developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.

  • Develop a distribution action plan in assigned area that will allow the company to keep its competitive edge through distribution and logical excellence.

  • Develop and challenge resources to improve exiting performance through system utilization &process improvements in assigned area.

  • Improve distribution operational efficiency by applying know-how of specific professional discipline and broad management knowledge.

  • Controlling warehouse planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new equipment.

  • Implement warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, managing space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.

  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.

  • Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.

  • Lead warehouse operation team on smooth operation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or have related experience in a position.

  • Good command of Thai and Chinese Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing), can speak English is more attractive.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, manufacturing Customs affairs and BOI, material and equipment including Warehouse management release with Supervisor or Assistant Manager level is preferred.

  • Good technical knowledge and experience in warehouse / supply chain will be advantage.

  • Have experience in summarizing, policy reading and management document preparation, process sorting and training.

  • Good communication skills, strong logical thinking, certain pressure resistance, good teamwork spirit, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility.

  • Good judgment and ability to be a problem solver and make quick decisions with a focus on the big picture/bottom line.

  • Skilled of strategy thinking, good communication skills and good presentation skills.

  • Strong team management, leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development / collaboration and ability to hold people accountable.
