Qualification & Job Description:
1. Has experience in the design of Motorcycle Air Cleaners.
2. Product design skills using CATIA and NX or related.
3. Thoroughly consider products that can be manufacturability, quality-guaranteed, and functionally guaranteed.
4. Analyze test reports and trouble cases and give feedback to product design
5. Recommend design modifications for VA/VE (cost reduction, tool design simplification, part communization).
6. Knowledge of GD&T and APQP, ISO/TS16949, PPAP (preferred).
7. Candidate having plastic injection molding process knowledge (preferred).
8. Candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and must be able to use them efficiently.
9. Knowledge of FMEA / DRBFM.
10. Able to travel overseas from time to time for overseas assignments at short notice (must have valid passport).
