Responsibility
Automation Engineering:
Participate in 8D analysis of daily production for major safety / quality / shutdown issues from the perspective of automation and electrical.
Help the production and maintenance department to analyze the complex equipment failure, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; to improve the equipment safety and product quality. Optimize the process flow and process parameters, to improve the production efficiency
Participate for new project equipment development, also related internal acceptance.
Support the modification of existing equipment, prepare relevant technical specifications, technical communication with suppliers and modification tracking
Give the training to maintenance and production departments for technical specifications, operation guidance, work instruction, machine debugging and maintenance
Completed PLC and HMI program micro switch function with siemens brand on 5 machines.
Managing POKA-YOKE check list.
Installation Phase 4 (Delmia Apriso software link with machine).
Maintained process data correction with SQL Database (Basic).
Completed commissioning finishing and ASY machine.
Managing and modify Grafana and Node-red program.
In case of emergency, the employee is authorized to press the emergency stop button of the equipment to interrupt the production.
Digital Manufacturing:
Be responsible for collecting process / equipment, and operation data from PLC, smart sensors and other equipment on site, and applying related IIOT (Industrial Internet Of Things) and database technology to collect, clean, transmit and store the data, and using these data and IT tools to carry out visualization/ real time monitoring/ traceability for production / process. Or using relevant algorithm & computer language to develop some applications Software.
Cooperate with relevant IT colleagues, to maintain the Digital System and relevant data of the plant and ensure data security and relevant industrial Internet of things (IIOT) network security.
Provide technical support for database maintenance, query and simple development to other process and departments of the plant.
Provide technical support for localization of relevant digital systems at the factory level in cooperation with the company headquarters and external suppliers.
Participate in the "Regional Digital Manufacturing Committee ", contribute original relevant digital initiatives, learn and share relevant technical knowledge. Be responsible for transferring relevant digital technology and knowledge to other departments in the factory.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering, at least 2 year experience in Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) or Battery electric vehicle (BEV).
Minimum 3 years' experience for PLC programming or automatism design and turning.
Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge.
Basic IT network, Industrial Ethernet, IIOT (Industrial Internet of Thing). Collect the process / equipment data from the PLC /intelligent sensor… and clean, transmit, store the data, visualize and monitor concerning production process.
Basic programming ability by using language: C++, or Python, or HTML#5.
Good English communication skills.
