Digital Marketing Specialist (FMCG Ecommerce 100K)
Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online shop, executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and optimizing our online presence for maximum visibility and engagement. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing brand awareness through various digital channels. Your expertise in campaign planning and execution, content creation, social media management, SEO, and SEM will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Online Shop Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online shop, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product listings, and pricing to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and promotions.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to promote products/services, increase sales, and achieve business goals.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for better results.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for websites, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing to maintain a consistent online presence.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and schedule content, engage with followers, and monitor conversations to build a strong online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and improve performance.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online shop management, campaign planning and execution, content creation, social media management, SEO, and SEM.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
