Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for new and existing games, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  • Lead the product team in the ideation, development, and launch phases of game projects, ensuring alignment with market needs and company standards.
  • Oversee the publishing process, including market analysis, launching strategies, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product team, game development, engineer, marketing, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, gamer preferences, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team.
  • Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and executives, ensuring
  • transparent communication and alignment with business objectives. Demonstrate the ability to execute feasibility studies for new projects, assessing their viability and aligning resources for successful execution.
  • Navigate uncertainties within the gaming industry, adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions and seizing new business opportunities with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming market, including trends, player behaviors, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovative and creative mindset, with a passion for gaming and delivering exceptional player experiences.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
