Job Description

1. Operation

  • Streamlining marketing process to realize cost savings across the department.
  • Analysing current marketing strategies and implementing changes.
  • Measuring the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business.
  • Overseeing all marketing activities across the full marketing mix.
  • Maximizing opportunities for online revenue generation through multiple channels.
  • Assessing new marketing opportunities for generating business.
  • Keeping up to date with industry and technological changes that impact the business.
  • Overseeing the company's loyalty programmed and CRM activities.
  • Ensuring the CRM and all marketing software is up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Setting KPI's for marketing activities across the business.
  • Overhauling the marketing department organizational structure.
  • Working closely with other members of the board on company plans.
  • Get deep insights into customer experiences across channels.


2. Collaboration with Patient Care Division

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Developing roadmap and sales implementation (KPI)
  • Develop market intelligence, segmentation, lead generation, sales force effectiveness, revenue retention, communication, product, prospecting, services, and budget.
  • Create and measure focal metrics around the business such as conversion rates, user acquisition, satisfaction and renewal rates and engagement rates.
  • Maintains PA job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


3. Collaboration with Marketing Division

  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy: including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
  • Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
  • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends
