Director of Sales and Marketing , Property and Real Estate
Job Summary
We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing who is both experienced and motivated to join our Property and Real Estate team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our projects and services, as well as enhance our brand's presence in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for company products and services.
- Develop and execute customer-focused marketing plans, including advertising, web and social media campaigns, promotional programs, and public relations.
- Manage a multi-channel approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to current marketing strategies.
- Identify competitive advantages and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor customer data and analyze customer behaviors to ensure campaigns and strategies are successful.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department.
Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry, and experience in leasehold sales.
- Proven track record in developing, executing, and managing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
- Understanding of customer segmentation and database analysis
