Key Responsibilities:

Guide sales team in weekly monitoring.
Focus market and set up process of delivery and invoicing to customers around in Thailand, Japan and South Korea.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, generating regular reports on team performance and forecasts.
Involve in servicing main Accounts/ Sales.
Budget planning and cost control.
Inventory control, forecasting product demand and production orders.
Product recommendations based on market feedback to R&D department.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourage achievement.
Data-driven strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure proper use of software and sales tools to track data for further development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree major in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years working as a Manager position.
Have background from textiles industry or other related such as apparel, medical and liposuction garments is preferred.
Experience with consignment systems, wholesales and retails channels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Teams and business presentations)
Familiar to work with ERP system of B-Plus.
Very good command both of Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Strong presentation, communicate, negotiation and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to resolve client issue and internal challenges proactively and efficiently.
Ability to think creatively and strategically with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
