Job Description:

  • Responsible for the overall planning, maintenance and marketing, promotion and customer relationship management of the company's e-commerce business.

  • Responsible for the overall sales control of the company's e-commerce and carry out effective data analysis and management of sales business.

  • Guide the diagnosis and analysis of store operation, find problems in the store and put forward optimization suggestions to the operation team through industry and competitor data analysis.

  • Responsible for completing the monthly, quarterly and annual sales tasks of the store.

  • Formulate and improve the basic systems such as workflow and implementation specifications of the e-commerce team and implement them.

  • Responsible for team echelon construction, training and daily management.

Job Requirements:

  • Chinese, English, and Thai speaker.

  • 3 years or more of practical experience, rich practical experience, and successful experience in E-commerce management.

  • Master the rules of various e-commerce platforms and be able to flexibly use various e-commerce tools and channels to carry out effective product promotion plans.

  • Have certain team management experience, can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and improve efficiency.

  • With Shopee and Lazada platform resources are preferred.
