Engineer

Job Description:

• Plan and oversee project/contract management and analyse machinery conditions for efficient operation.
• Analyse maintenance issues in case of machinery breakdowns or malfunctions.
• Design and develop maintenance work to effectively support operational activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Develop project management plans, coordinate with relevant units, provide consultation, make decisions, and solve problems.
• Supervise, oversee, and participate in repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance works according to the types of machinery.
• Manage and control the operational guidelines of the unit to comply with standard systems.
• Command and control employees within the scope of responsibility.
• Supervise and ensure that engineering work is carried out according to plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering departments.
• Analyse and report on work performance according to plans (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Analyse and strategize energy management.

Qualification Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor's degree.
• Faculty/Major: Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Work experience: 5 years.
• Knowledge of energy management and conservation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Skills in communication and coordination.
• Experience will be considered a plus.
