Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain calendar(s) for assigned consultants (e.g., partner, associate planner)
Manage all communications, handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
Develop strong rapport with assistants supporting client executives.
Produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports.
Provide range of administrative support (e.g, travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration)
Support the planning and execution of major projects and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executive assistants to ensure backup coverage.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field with administrative assistant experience in a corporate
Solid knowledge of Windows and Lotus Notes Application
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proactiveness and attention to details with ability to work under pressure
Good command of English Skill.
