Facility Engineer
Responsibilites:
1.Rresponsibilities is to communicate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders on the requirements of the project and any potential problems.
2. Work together with interdisciplinary teams to organize, create, and manage the building of various facility-related projects.
3. Inspect the site to make sure that engineering standards, guidelines, and specifications are being followed.
4. Create and go over project documentation, such as technical requirements, reports, and drawings.
5. Oversee the Facility Team, organizing factory equipment upgrades, maintenance, and/or installations.
6. Keep abreast of pertinent technology, market trends, and best practices to support projects' ongoing development.
Qualification:
1. A bachelor's degree in any relevant subject, such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or construction engineering.
2. At least five years of experience working on civil engineering projects, preferably on brownfield or greenfield sites, and a track record of completing MEP work. Industrial project experience is strongly desired.
3. Demonstrated expertise installing machinery and providing factory utilities, such as steam, compressed air, and electricity.
4. Knowledge of international technical standards and norms as well as Thai regulations.
5. Excellent AutoCAD skills (other related engineering software is a plus).
6. Proficient in writing and oral English communication.
7. Capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively in a global team.
8. Demonstrated project management abilities and the capacity to manage several projects at once.
Preferred Skills:
1. A master's degree in civil engineering or a similar discipline.
2. Fluency in Thai
3. Project management experience in agriculture or building renovations and expansions.
4. Initiative and independent time management
5. The ability to lead and the will to advance in a growing company
