Factory Manager (Cambodia)

Job Description

* Responsible for all manufacturing processes and activities
* Monitor production activities toward daily, weekly, monthly targets to meet delivery plan
* Ensure that the operations are aligned with company Strategy and Objectives
* Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues
* Coordinate with all departments for smooth operation and workforce management
* Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
* Build up career path for all staff levels (especially for supervisors and team leaders)
* Ensure safety procedures are being observed
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in managerial within factory (garment / textile industry would be advantage)
* Strong English communication skills, verbally and written
* Strong knowledge in the standards such as ISO 9001, 14001 (would be advantage)
* Strong knowledge in labor and related laws would be advantage
* Ability to present to Top Management at a business level
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
