Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all manufacturing activities, including production planning, quality control, procurement, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of production processes.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines, while optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Exercise budgetary control over capital and operating expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Drive productivity enhancements and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the production environment.
- Manage resource and raw material planning to support operational requirements.Establish and uphold quality and environmental management system standards.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with Sales/Marketing and R&D teams to support business objectives.
- Proactively engage with R&D to enhance product specifications and quality standards, identify training needs, and assess opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, food science, food technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in food production or operational management, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to set and uphold quality standards and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
