Responsibilities:
- Set policies and plans, including factory goals to achieve overall KPIs for both Financial and Non-Financial target.
- Control and supervise the production / manufacturing from the receipt of raw materials until delivery to meet the needs of customers in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery.
- Develop and improve production, processes, manpower, methods, and machinery used in production with new technology. continuously to increase the efficiency while reducing cost & waste.
- Able to analyze problems in the production process and quality for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Control, monitor and measure KPIs in every department to be in line with organizational requirements.
- Drive, control, and monitor quality management systems (ISO 9001: 2015).
- Plan for production and machinery and manpower utilization to be consistent with production.
- Control, supervise and monitor the performance of various departments and ensure to develop them to perform their tasks to align with performance output.
- Follow up and check production reports daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly, summarize results, prepare statistics, and present to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Engineering, Science , Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 8-10 years in direct field of experience for Plant / Factory / Manufacturing management in the areas of Production, Process, Quality, Engineering, Logistic, HSE.
- Proven achievements with cost reductions projects, production and process improvement, logistic and delivery improvement.
- Has leadership qualities and is able to solve problems.
- Work well under pressure. and able to work according to the production targets set by the company.
- Have good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in Rayong Province.
