● Working as shif rotation.
● Responsible for monitoring networking systems, networking devices, on LAN/WAN scope.
● Configuration and troubleshoting of network device based on Cisco In LAN/WAN environment.
● Support customer requests the were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.
● Responsible in own case,follow up status and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
● Provide report to customer and supervisor upon requests.
* Experience between 0 - 3 years (New graduated is welcome).
* Be familiar with Cisco product.
* Be familiar with support operation.
* Onsite support, network divice, PC & server device.
* Working in IT or related field.
●Experience with Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
●Good command in English.
●Able to work under pressure and tension.
●Able to work and coordinate with multi-nation colleagues
●Able to work in long working hours and work on holiday and weekend
