Responsibility:
- Financial Strategy and Planning: Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to board of directors.
- Financial improvement: Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement, optimize spending, and maximize profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, oversee, and enhance accurate financial report in compliance with IFRS for &B or retail industry.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies, risk management controls, and financial recovery strategies.
- Inventory: Enhance accurate inventory accounting processes and minimize minimize discrepancies
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and negotiate agreements with business partners.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop strong finance and accounting team by fostering collaborative productive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is highly preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles especially in F&B or retail chains, with at least 5 years in a senior position\
- Insightful in F&B or retail chains industry-specific financial nature and challenges.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost accounting principles.
